What is Kitchen Hero?

 A: Kitchen Hero is a cloud-based restaurant offering a new lease on life to struggling small restaurants that were badly hit during the pandemic. This will allow them to continue to tell their stories through their food without the expensive overhead of maintaining a restaurant and a kitchen. Our main kitchen is located at HOLA Eat Drink Play, a sustainable kitchen in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Who are our patner restaurants ?

A: HOLA, Delicieuse Mess, Ebi Ko, AfterSesh Bar ,Nilay Craves Dingras Empanada, Food and Bean Cafe and Tagpuan. We are looking to expand and invite more restaurants in the near future.

What areas are available for delivery?

A: We cater deliveries within Metro Manila and Mega Manila areas
 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

A: We will deliver your order as soon as possible, you can check your dashboard for the status of your order.

How much is the delivery charge, and if there is a minimum order?

A: There is no minimum order. The delivery charge will be through our local delivery partner Happy Move and JoyRide, and to third party deliveries such as Lalamove, Grab, and Mr. Speedy. To check the delivery rate based on your preferred delivery partner, you can check it through their app.
 

What are my payment options?

A: We accept cash payments via cash handling of third party deliveries with an additional charge for orders less than 1,000.00. For transactions more than 1,000.00 we encourage advanced payment either online bank transfer or Gcash.
 

Can I order from multiple restaurants inside the website?

A: Absolutely!
 

Can I cancel my order?

A: Cancellation of orders is possible once confirmed and as long as it is not yet processed. Once the order is on processing and packing status, orders cannot be canceled.
 

What is the status of my order?

A: You may track your order through our website, and on the side, you will receive up to the minute updates on your order status via text message.

Can I place an order in advance?

A: Yes, of course. Orders in advance are highly encouraged.
 

Do you accept bulk orders?
